Chapter 10

The first thing I thought about when I woke up was that I talked to Davy and I hadn’t had a chance to tell Paul. I turned excited, and then smiled to find him still sleeping. Figures. I looked up at the clock. It was already 11:45am. He was probably going to sleep for another couple hours. I smiled to myself and snuck out of bed to go shower. I thought about waiting for him, but like I said, it could be hours before he woke up, and as gross as it is, I haven’t showered for a couple days so I was feeling kinda dirty. As I was in the shower I tried to think of something special I could do for Paul. Although it looked like nothing else at the time, I was feeling kinda bad for thinking he was cheating on me and lying to me, when he wasn’t. Every time I blamed him, he seemed really hurt to know I thought things like that. It looks like he really was serious about me, but my mind was being stupid playing tricks on me. As I scrubbed the shampoo into my hair, I remember his fantasy, or fantasies I should say. I didn’t want to do the one he had especially for me, because it just wouldn’t be as special here, so I decided to his ‘in general’ fantasy and that of probably every guy. It was Davy’s too. I walked back into the room and saw Paul stretching.
“Oh there you are,” he said looking at me and yawning.
“Hey baby,” I said kidding around and smiling big. He laughed.
“Hey yourself….you smell good.” He complimented me as I sat on the bed next to him and gave him a good morning kiss.
“Thanks, I wish I could say the same about you,” I said plugging my nose, but laughing.
“Hey,” he said frowning.
“I hate to say it sweetie, but you do smell a little.” I said smiling. He sneered at me and then pulled me down with him onto the bed. I screamed and laughed.
“What are you doing?” I asked between laughs as he held onto me close.
“Since I smell so good, I thought you might want to be closer to me.” He said. I giggled and tried to get away.
“No!” I said. He laughed, but then immediately frowned.
“So when I smell you don’t want to be with me?” he asked sadly, but faking it. I rolled my eyes.
“Of course I still want to be with you, just not next to you.” I said finally moving away and laughing.
“Fine, love, I’ll go shower,” he said getting up. I nodded.
“Good, and don’t forget to scrub behind the ears,” I told him.
“Yes, mummy,” he said. I laughed.
“Hm mm, I’ll be out in the living room when you are done.” I told him. He nodded and headed off to the bathroom. This was my chance. As I walked down the hall past the bathroom I knocked on the door.
“Now, don’t be doing anything gross in there,” I said smiling. I heard him laugh.
“How bout I just don’t tell you if I do?” he said. I laughed.
“Alright,” I said and continued down the hall to the kitchen. I snooped in the fridge. Aha, found it. Whipped cream. Hmm, any strawberries?? I didn’t find any, but whipped cream alone would do. I felt weird putting it on myself in the kitchen, so I went back to the bedroom without shutting the door so I was able to get back into the living room. After applying the whipped cream everywhere it needed to go, I carefully went back into the living room. I laid on the floor facing the hallway and all I had to do now was wait for Paul.

It was only a few minutes before I heard the shower turn off. Any minute now he was going to come out and see me. My heart started beating a little faster out of nervousness. I hope he likes it. Just minutes after the shower went off; I heard the handle of the door. I took a deep breath and put on a ‘sexy’ pose. He walked out of the bathroom and turned towards the living room without looking up. He was buttoning his cuffs, but when he finally looked up for a moment he did a double take, then stopped dead in his tracks.
“How was the shower?” I asked. He didn’t reply, “Paul?”
“Oh yeah, um,” he paused to clear his throat, “it was good….” He said nodding and looking me over. I smiled. Good, he liked it. I lifted my right hand and directed him over to me with my finger. He raised his eyebrows and smiled, walking slowly over to me. As he was about a foot away from me I held up my hand to stop him. He stopped and then kneeled in the place he was standing in moments ago. I moved myself up so I was sitting on my ankles right in front of him. I reached out and began unbuttoning Paul’s shirt as he brought his hands up caressing my neck and down my shoulders. I continued to undress him until he was finally in nothing.
“Hungry?” I asked laughing a bit, again out of nervousness. He smiled.
“Very,” he said as he leaned towards me until I was laying on my back. He began by kissing me, and moved on to doing what he was supposed to do with the whipped cream. It wasn’t long before he had got all the whipped cream off and we were just on to our usual. Before continuing he got up and pulled a blanket from the couch and put it over us. I smiled as he was once again on me. We went on like this for quite a while, but not long enough. The guy ended up pulling Paul off again, but I just turned and cuddled with him underneath the blanket in the middle of the living room.
“That was nice,” he said softly as he ran his fingers through my hair.
“Yeah, it was.” I agreed.
“What made you want to do that?” he asked me. I shrugged and turned my head up to look at him.
“First just because I love you and secondly, I felt bad about the things that have been happening,” I said.
“What things?” he asked.
“Well, everything that I’ve been blaming you for lately. I promise, I really don’t think those things, I mean, I do trust you and love you more than anything, but…” I stopped.
“Love, you don’t have to feel bad. If I were in your shoes and saw the things I did, I would’ve thought the same thing. In fact, I probably would have been madder than you were.” He told me.
“Really?” I asked not sure if he was just saying that. He nodded.
“Yes,”
“Well, still, you always seemed really hurt after I would blame you and be angry with you. I don’t want you to think that I don’t love you like you thought or trust you.” I said, “So I wanted to do something special for you.” He smiled and kissed me on the forehead.
“I love you so much,” he said. I smiled, “It does hurt a bit sometimes, but I’ve never thought that you really didn’t love me.” He said.
“Good, because I do so much,” I said getting closer to him. He hugged me firmly back and we kissed for a few moments. Paul changed the subject slightly.
“So, you made me shower just to get sweaty again aye?” he asked smiling. I laughed.
“I guess, but just think of what we would’ve smelled like if we hadn’t….” I said. He made a face.
“Good point…” he agreed, “I was just kidding you anyway.” He said.
“I know.” I replied, “Hey want to tell secrets?” I then asked. He groaned and laughed. I frowned.
“What? You said you like secrets!” I said. He continued to laugh.
“Oh I do, I just hate the process of telling you,” he said.
“Why?” I asked.
“You already know. I get so nervous sometimes.” He said. I smiled.
“But those are the good ones,” I said. He laughed.
“You first then,” he told me. I rolled my eyes. He always made me go first.
“Alright, I have one that’s kinda two…if that makes sense,” I started.
“Hm, alright. Do tell,” he said.
“Remember when we were at the island and George and I were the King and Queen and you were our servant?” I asked and smiled because I knew he was going to say something along the lines of ‘that sucked’.
“Of course I remember, that bloody sucked.” He said and I laughed, “What?” he asked.
“Nothing, I just knew you were going to say that.”
“Well, it did,” he said.
“Well, it’s done with and we weren’t that mean to you.” Paul raised his eyebrows in a ‘yeah right’ face. I laughed and so did he, “Anyway….when we went in the hut thing and got our outfits for the time and you were changing……” I stopped.
“Did you peek??” he asked pulling back so he could look straight at me. I hid my head in his chest and laughed.
“Yes….I couldn’t help it…I was curious.” I said. He laughed.
“Olivia Newton! I can’t believe you! I didn’t even peek!” he said still laughing.
“I’m sorry, like I said; I couldn’t help it ,” I said pretending to be sad.
“Oh love, don’t be sad, it’s alright. If anybody else was in that situation they’d do it too.” I stopped, and then smiled seeing the stupid grin on his face.
“Aren’t we cocky?” I asked and he laughed.
“I was just joking. Trying to make you feel better about peeking at me naked,” I laughed, “…but really, I don’t care that you did that. It’s funny actually. I still can’t believe you did it. That’s not like you.”
“I know, me neither, but it wasn’t the first time that I’ve seen it….” I said.
“What?!” he said surprised, “Here I was thinking in here was the first time, and you’ve seen it twice before!” he said. I laughed.
“Well, really this is the first time that I’ve seen it, because I really didn’t get that good of a view the other times. It was either really quick or really small.” I said then burst out laughing.
“It was really small!? What are you trying to do to me?” he asked and I just kept laughing.
“That’s not what I meant,” I said trying to stop laughing.
“It’s not small….” He said pouting and then lifting the blanket to look. This made me laugh even more.
“I know!” I said looking down with him, “I agree with you, it’s very nice, what I meant was, I saw a few pictures of you naked and the pictures were very very small, which made you look very very small and so I couldn’t see anything. And in the hut it was like a 3 second peek. So both times, I saw nothing really.” I said.
“Pictures? What pictures!?” he said still surprised and putting the blanket back down. Poor Paul, I didn’t intend on shocking him so much to the point of almost heart attack.
“I don’t know. I was looking at a stack of pictures somewhere, I don’t even remember where, and I saw a couple of you naked. There was one where you were on the phone by a pool, and um, one where you were like hopping around or something….” I said laughing thinking of the picture.
“Hopping?” he asked.
“Yeah, it looked like you were skipping around naked and there is this big column looking thing going right down the middle of you to hide your ‘big’ guy.” I said emphasizing the word big. He laughed.
“Thanks love,” he said quickly, “But I don’t understand this. I’ve never done that.” He said scratching his head. “Are you sure they are me?” I nodded.
“Positive.” I said, “I was so shocked that you would let them take pictures of you naked.” I told him.
“I didn’t though! I wouldn’t do that!” he said.
“Are you sure?” I asked him.
“Serious! I know I’m a bit crazy sometimes, but do you really think that I seem like the type person to do that? Really?” he asked. I thought for a moment. He really was quite conservative as far as himself so it did seem a little out of place.
“Yeah, you’re right, it doesn’t seem like you. But, honey, they were you. No doubt.” I said.
“What the hell? I wonder how many people have seen those….” He said placing his free hand on his forehead. I shrugged.
“Maybe someone just took regular pictures of you and screwed them up somehow to make it seem like you were naked.” I suggested trying to help the situation. I wonder what Brian would think if he knew...he'd probably want a gander himself...yuck.
“It must have been, cuz I don’t remember talking on the phone by a pool naked nor skipping around naked.” He said and I had to laugh again. That picture was hilarious.
“Well, that’s my double secret.” I said, “I’m sorry…I figured you would know since it was you…” I said feeling bad about bringing it up.
“Don’t worry about it, at least I know now. But that was indeed a secret, very much unknown to me.” He said shaking his head.
“Your turn,” I said resting my head back on his chest. Like always he had to think for a while.
“Got one,” he said.
“Alright,”
“Hold on, I don’t know how to word this….” He said.
“What do you mean you don’t know how to word it? Just say what your brain is thinking.” I told him. He shook his head.
“I don’t think in sentences.” He said. I lifted an eyebrow.
“Then what do you think in? Shapes?” I said. He sneered at me sarcastically.
“No, words, but, I don’t know…it’s hard to explain.” He said.
“How the heck do you write songs then?” I asked.
“I don’t always think like this. I think in sentences sometime, and for songs, I think in a lot of ways. You should know that, you’re a songwriter.” He said.
“Yeah, I spose, but still…” I said.
“Shh, I’m thinking.” He said cutting me off. I giggled and shut my mouth waiting.
“Well, since we are on the subject of me member,” he said laughing. I laughed.
“Your member?” I asked. He laughed again.
“Yes, me member that’s what I’m going to call it….anyway, do you want to hear this or are you going to make fun of me?” he asked. I smiled and giggled again.
“Sorry, go ahead. Tell me about your member.” I said. He shook his head smiling.
“Well, normally a guy gets…uh, a little hard when they are attracted to a female or if they are aroused….you know?” he started. I nodded.
“Yes, I’ve heard that happens.” I said.
“I’m not going to tell you this,” he said stopping and kidding around.
“I’m sorry; I won’t make fun of you anymore. You’re just so adorable.” I said kissing him softly. He smiled.
“Alright, I forgive you.” He said smiling, “after one more.” He finished. I smiled and kissed him again.
“Anyway,” I said.
“Yes, anyway, with you, well, let’s just say the only time I’m not hard is when I’m not anywhere near you.” He said and I could tell he felt uncomfortable. I tried to bring some humor into it to ease his tension.
“You’re member is stiff all the time?” I asked. He slowly let out a laugh.
“Pretty much. It’s never been like this before you, but it’s almost all the time now, and it’s not just a little. More than usual,” He said. I was surprised.
“Doesn’t it get sore?” I asked. He laughed at my innocence.
“Ah, it got a little tired at first, but I’m starting to get used to it. Plus, a lot of it had to do with the fact that before I didn’t see you as often as I do in here, nor had I see you naked...so it was like, whoa overload! when I saw you every minute of every day.” He said. I laughed.
“What was it like?” I asked. He smiled.
“Whoa overload!” he said making a face. I laughed, “But now that I’m getting used to seeing you so much, it doesn’t stay that way as long as it used to, but I think this is as less of an amount as it’s going to get…. Do you understand?” he asked not sure.
“I think so. It’s not going to go down any more?” I asked. He nodded.
“Probably, you know how when your together for quite a while, married usually, that sort of stuff doesn’t happen as much.” I nodded, “It might be like that, but then again, for me, I’ll probably be this way until we’re 90, and even then I don’t know. ” He said laughing slightly. I laughed.
“Now that would be a funny sight.” I said. He smiled.
“Yes it would. A ‘stiff’ old grandpa, I will be,” He replied, and I burst out laughing.
“So you think we’ll be together when we are 90 huh?” I asked switching the subject and calming down. He took on a more serious loving face as he looked at me and began running his fingers through my hair again.
“Yes I think we will be, at least, I pray we are.” He said. I smiled.
“Me too,” I said hugging him, “ I know I say this like every 10 minutes and I’m sorry if you’re sick of it, but I love you so much.” I said. He pulled my head up to look at him.
“Why on earth would I get sick of hearing you say that you love me?” he asked. I shrugged.
“I don’t know,”
“Well, I never get sick of hearing it.” He paused for a moment, “Are you sick of me saying it?” he asked. I smiled.
“Now why on earth would I get sick of hearing you say that you love me?” I asked. A smile crept onto his face.
“You are a little bugger today aren’t you?” he asked tickling me slightly. I giggled, “Well, at any rate, I also love you. More than anything in the world.” He said as he kissed me.
